Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy covers both session bookings and membership cancellations to keep things clear and fair.
Session Bookings
Scope
This applies to all advance session bookings made through our website, by phone, or on-site.
How to Cancel
Email ride@doncastermotoparc.co.uk or call 07547 584554. Include your booking reference, rider name, and session date.
Timeframes & Outcomes
48 hours or more before your session: Full refund to your original payment method.
24-48 hours before your session: A credit will be issued to your account for the full booking amount, valid for 12 months.
Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund or credit.
Exceptions
Track closure: If we cancel a session due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no cost.
Medical grounds: If you cannot ride due to illness or injury and provide supporting evidence (e.g. doctor's note), management may offer a credit or reschedule.
Membership Cancellations
How to Cancel Your Membership
All memberships are rolling monthly contracts. You can cancel at any time by emailing ride@doncastermotoparc.co.uk or calling 07547 584554.
Notice Period
You must give 30 days' notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of one full billing month after your cancellation date, aligned to your next invoice date.
Simple Example
• Your monthly payment is due on the 15th of each month
• You cancel on October 20th
• Your cancellation notice takes you to November 15th (your next invoice date)
• You'll be billed one more full month on November 15th
• Your membership ends on December 15th
No Pro-Rata Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing month. Your membership remains active until the final billing date.
Why This Policy Exists
Running the track safely requires advance staffing, facility maintenance, and operational planning. This notice period allows us to manage capacity fairly while giving you flexibility to cancel when needed.
