RIDER WAIVER:

Motorsport Can Be Dangerous and May Involve Injury or Death.
You must read the statements below and sign in the box to confirm youunderstand and agree to them.

1.I recognise that off road motorcycle activities are dangerous andinvolve the risk of death or serious injury - including permanentdisablement.

2.I will confirm that the track features, obstacles and method ofoperation are suitable given my riding ability and that the track isin a condition that is acceptable to me.

3.Should it become apparent that the track is unsuitable or in anunacceptable condition, I will return to the paddock at the end of mylap.

4.I declare that my vehicle and protective equipment are in a safecondition and suitable for the activity for which I have attendedtoday.

5.I declare that I am not suffering from any medical condition that mayaffect the safety of myself or other persons and that I am not underthe influence of any drugs (prescribed or otherwise) that may impairmy ability to take part.

6.I recognise that motocross practice is a non-competitive activity andtherefore racing is not permitted.

7.I am aware that there will be other participants using the track atthe same time.

8.I have read and understood the rules that apply to the trackincluding (but not limited to) the following:
No riding in paddock areas
The meaning of the various marshal flags and what to do when they are shown.

Riders will be grouped according to age / bike type and size / ability. Riders must only take part within the sessions for their specific groups.
If I am unsure of the above or any other rules, I will discuss them withthe organiser or marshals before continuing.

If under the age of 18, my parent / guardian has read the above andsigned next to my signature to confirm that they agree with the declaration.
