Privacy Policy
At Doncaster Moto Parc, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
1. Who We Are
Doncaster Moto Parc is a motocross practice facility based in Doncaster, UK. We provide motocross track access, training, memberships, and events. If you have any questions about how your data is used, please contact us at ride@doncastermotoparc.co.uk or +44 (0) 7547 584554.

When you book or ride with us, we may collect: rider name, date of birth, and contact details (address, phone, email); parent/guardian details for riders under 18; emergency contact information; waiver and consent forms; booking history and payment information (securely processed through our booking provider).
3. Why We Collect Your Information
We collect this information to: manage your booking and provide access to our track; ensure your safety while riding at our facility; meet our legal and insurance obligations (e.g. keeping records for potential injury claims); communicate important information about your booking or membership; send marketing updates, where you have given consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
