How do I book a session?

Visit our online calendar to view available sessions. You can book quickly with just your name and email. For members, log in to your account for a full dashboard experience with booking history and rider management.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund. Cancel 24-48 hours before for account credit (valid 12 months). Cancellations within 24 hours receive no refund or credit.

What age requirements are there?

Riders of all ages are welcome at Doncaster Moto Parc. For riders under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. We have different track sessions suitable for various age groups and skill levels.

What's the booking process for track sessions?

Browse our calendar to find available sessions by date, time, and session type. Sessions are color-coded by capacity (green for available, yellow for almost full, red for full). Click on any session to view details including location, duration, and pricing. You can book quickly with just your name and email.

What is your cancellation policy?

48+ hours before: Full refund to your original payment method.
24-48 hours before: Account credit for the full amount (valid 12 months).
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund or credit.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! You can reschedule your booking up to 2 times. Rescheduling is only available to the same class type (e.g., you can't reschedule a Beginners session to an Advanced session). If there's a price difference between sessions, you'll either be charged the difference or receive a credit. Session capacity is automatically updated when you reschedule.

How do I know if a session is fully booked?

Our calendar uses color-coded capacity indicators. Green means plenty of spots available, yellow indicates almost full, and red shows the session is at capacity. Each session card displays the number of spots remaining. If a session is full, you may be able to join a waitlist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. You can also use any UserCredits you've accumulated from previous cancellations. Credits are automatically applied at checkout.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes! You can upgrade your membership tier at any time through your account dashboard. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle, and your new benefits will be available immediately upon upgrade.

Do you offer annual memberships?

Currently we offer monthly memberships. Annual payment options may be available at a discounted rate - contact us for more information. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with proper notice.

Why is Pro Lite the most popular membership?

Pro Lite at £85/month offers the best balance of value and benefits for regular riders. It includes meaningful discounts on extras, priority booking access, and facility privileges without the premium VIP price point. Most riders find it's the perfect middle ground.

What membership benefits help save money?

Members save significantly on workshop access, jet wash facilities, gym and sauna use, and laundry services. If you ride regularly and use these facilities, a membership typically pays for itself within a few sessions compared to paying drop-in rates.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing ride@doncastermotoparc.co.uk or calling 07547 584554. You'll need to give 30 days' notice, and your membership will remain active for one full billing month after your cancellation date. What are the minimum age requirements?

We welcome riders of all ages! Sessions are organized by age group and skill level to ensure safety. Very young riders may have specific restrictions depending on bike size and track conditions. Check specific session requirements when booking.

What safety equipment is required?

All riders must wear an approved motocross helmet, goggles, gloves, boots, and protective clothing including a chest protector and knee guards. We strongly recommend full body armor. Riders without proper safety equipment will not be allowed on the track.

Are there trained marshalls on site?

Absolutely. We have professionally trained marshalls present during all track sessions. Our marshalls are experienced in motocross safety, first response, and track management. They monitor sessions continuously and are positioned strategically around the track to respond quickly to any situation.

What type of surface is the track?

Our track features a sandy surface with excellent drainage. This provides great traction and cushioning for landings while allowing us to maintain the track in various weather conditions. The sandy composition also reduces dust and provides a more forgiving surface for riders.

What bike sizes are allowed on the track?

We accommodate bikes ranging from 65cc to 450cc. Different sessions may have specific bike size requirements based on rider age and skill level. Our mini track is perfect for smaller bikes (65cc-85cc), while the main track handles everything from 125cc to 450cc.

Is the track suitable for beginners?

Yes! We welcome riders of all skill levels. We offer beginner-specific sessions where the track features are adjusted for newer riders. Our coaches and marshalls provide guidance to help beginners develop their skills safely and build confidence.

What's the difference between the main and mini track?

The main track is our full-size motocross course designed for larger bikes (125cc+) and more experienced riders, featuring larger jumps and technical sections. The mini track is specifically designed for smaller bikes (65cc-85cc) and younger or less experienced riders, with appropriately scaled obstacles.

What workshop facilities are available?

Our workshop provides work benches, basic tools, and space for bike maintenance and repairs. Members receive discounted access rates. You can perform routine maintenance, tire changes, and minor repairs. Bring your own specialized tools for specific jobs.

Do you have bike washing facilities?

Yes! We have jet wash facilities available for cleaning your bike after riding. Members receive discounted rates on jet wash use. VIP members enjoy free jet wash access as part of their membership benefits.

Are there shower and changing facilities?

We provide changing rooms, showers, gym, and sauna facilities. Access and pricing vary by membership tier. Pro and VIP members enjoy discounted or complimentary access to our gym and sauna. Lockers are available for secure storage of your belongings.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, we offer laundry services for your riding gear. Members receive discounted rates on laundry services. This is particularly convenient for riders who train frequently and need clean gear between sessions.

Can I rent a bike if I don't have one?

Absolutely! We offer bike hire for riders who don't own their own equipment. Our rental fleet includes well-maintained bikes suitable for various sizes and skill levels. Book bike hire in advance when reserving your session to ensure availability.

Do you offer coaching?

Yes! We offer professional coaching for riders of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced racers looking to refine their technique. Our experienced coaches provide individual and group sessions. Contact us for coaching packages and availability.

Is there parking and food available?

We provide ample free parking for cars, vans, and trailers. On-site food and refreshments are available during operating hours. There's also a comfortable spectator area where family and friends can watch riders on the track.

How do I book my first session?

Simply visit our calendar page, browse available sessions, and look for beginner-friendly sessions. You can book quickly with just your name and email - no account required for your first session. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

Can I visit to watch before booking?

Absolutely! You're welcome to visit as a guest to watch sessions and get a feel for the track and atmosphere. Our spectator areas provide great views of the track. This is a great way to see what to expect before booking your first session.
