Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Doncaster Moto Parc. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns Period
You can return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets, goggles, or undergarments once opened or used, unless faulty.

Return Process
1. Contact us at ride@doncastermotoparc.co.uk with your order number to start the return.
2. Send the item back to us using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
