Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policy

At Doncaster Moto Parc, we always aim to provide the best and safest riding conditions possible. However, motocross is an outdoor sport and occasionally, sessions may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, unsafe track conditions, or other unforeseen events.

If we are required to close the track due to bad weather or force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to heavy rain, flooding, high winds, or other safety concerns), the following policy applies:

Pre-Booked Riders:
If you have booked and paid online for a session that is cancelled by Doncaster Moto Parc due to bad weather or force majeure, you will be offered:

• A credit to your online account for the full amount, which can be used for a future booking, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

How You\'ll Be Notified:
We will update our social media channels and contact pre-booked riders via email or text as soon as a closure decision is made.

Important:
No refunds or credits are available if you choose not to attend a session that remains open.

We appreciate your understanding. Rider safety and track quality are always our top priorities.
